Black Pine, can be good this time of year and nobody fishing. The river opens tomorrow for coho, if you throw spinners or jigs.

Near winthrop, Davis lake has fish and is open during the general deer.
Can get pretty crowded that weekend, I have see. Some big trout come out of there.

Pretty sure it opens for hatchery steelhead, not coho.

I think they opened a coho season as well. I got an email from them about it. I'll see if I still have the link.

Steelhead season just opened today on the Methow.

I stand corrected, I just looked it up on the WDFW website. I did not realize that was a viable fishery already. I know they've been working on them for a while in there. Nice to have another opportunity! I will now go mind my own business banging on stuff in the garage.

Moccasin Lake is always a sure be for some brutes.........

Big Twin, while not near the lake it used to be, still has a fair amount of shore access and should be able to catch quite a few fish. Most fish won't break 16-17", and they have selective gear rules (no bait, single barbless hooks, artificial lures/flies only) and you can only keep one fish.
