Prepped a 12lb shoulder for a Saturday night smoke. Basic black pepper rub w/ hickory and apple pellets @ 235. 14 hrs later it grubbing time :drool:. Really starting to enjoy using the Mes since I upgraded the heating element. Here's dinner. Smoking 4 farmed raised rabbits today 4 a friend. Well he gets 3 and I get one. :chuckle:. I smoke for food......... :drool:
