hello

yesterday i smoked 8 pounds of buckboard bacon using plum for smoke
i liked the look and taste of the finished product but the plum takes a while to start smoking which is ok i just have to place the wood in the smoker sooner

not what I really needed to see when I'm headed to the hospital cafeteria in about 20 minutes.    That looks DANG tasty :drool:    I've never smoked anything with plum before.
