Can't show dead elk but did take a few shots to share.
Before camp was set up and after
-
Sometimes I could see aways off other well not so much :bash:
-
Saw critters and after all it was elk country and if I saw elk I wasn't normally grabbing for the camera but got a chance on a cow
-
Some were looking for that last meal before winter others hoping not to be that meal :yike:
-
And then there was the one that was not happy with me being there and a chipper in camp that thought everything we'd brought up was for him. I left my day pack open one day and he got in it and ate all my trail mix the next time it was zipped and he chewed a small hole in a brand new pack. Both times didn't noticed he's been i it till out in the woods I find out he'd eaten more of my trail mix then I had. By the way chipmunks don't like rasins and if they weren't rasins then he was a Texas sided chipper from the size of his poop :sry: :chuckle:

From one pretty moon to a pasture with elk in it at night bugling the screnery was beautiful
-
Oh and must have been because Halloween is coming there was some scary and wierd things wandering in the wood and camp :chuckle:
