NRA-PVF Grades and Endorsements

I am a Life Member of the NRA, but I don't go with their recommendations. Case in point is their endorsement of Dan Newhouse to take Doc Hastings place. He comes from the same place as Jay Inslee, was appointed to the Agriculture position by Christine Gregoire, and says he will work to "repeal and replace" Obamacare. Why replace it? Just repeal the SOB! Clint Didier is the only candidate endorsed by the local Tea Party. Which means he will get my vote!

All voters should still do additional research, but most don't. The NRA-PVF Grades and Endorsements can at least keep people from making really BAD voting mistakes.

Who has the ultimate say in how state law and regulations are interpreted? The Supreme court.
Is there a site anywhere that compares the candidates for these positions and how they will likely rule on a given issue?
