Settling a bet:
Have heard that its illegal, just wanted to verify - cant seem to find specific call out in the regs. Just having your dog in the truck with you.

if you're hunting big game you cannot use a dog in a capacity that aids in the hunt.

LOL, my labs are with me every hunting season when I'm in the truck. Been checked many times. A few times the officer had doggy treats for my girls. Absolutely no issue.
