Title: 407 Whatcom county
Post by: DeArBuCK4me on October 31, 2014, 08:32:09 AM
Just wondering if hunting in 407 has been any good this year for modern fire arm?
Due to a foot injury I haven't been out as much as I like. Curious to know how  well or not hunting has been.  :chuckle: :chuckle: :'( :'(
If you care to share I love to know where you killed your animal.

Thanks

I have watched a 2x2 and a 2x3 walk through the north hill of Ferndale for a week now.  of Course I travel 300 miles, spend 5 days in the woods see 30 deer and only 2 with horns (1 not legal and 1 I couldn't get a shot at) and then I come home and watch these city deer walk around peoples yards and greenbelts.   :bash:  But to answer your question. No deer down in W. Whatcom county for me.

I've had the unfortunate luck to have had to work. Here's a couple of pigs from around the Aldrich Rd. And Northwest Rd.

There's a nice heavy 5x6 that roams the Marine Dr area south of the airport.  He's not real photogenic unfortunately.   :chuckle:
