Title: Badlands warranty
Post by: Bmcox86 on November 04, 2014, 08:26:50 PM
Just sent my badlands Diablo back to them. I think it's about 4 years old and was pretty beat up. Waist belt was worn, load lifter torn off, zipper broken and chest strap clip broke and squeaks like hell now. Hoping they replace. Will update when I near back

I had to send my 4500 back to them a few times. Free minus shipping. Their warranty is actually kinda funny to read and basically bulletproof. I'd be surprised if they didn't fix it right.

I never had any problems with warranty service, but the frequency it was needed on my badlands pack was what made me switch. I wont own any badlands stuff anymore. every time I used that pack I broke or tore something.

Got my pack back today, not really happy, fixed  half of the broken stuff but did not address the waist belt issues and didn't replace a broken buckle, had tape on it just they the website said to. no paperwork at all. Still as squeaky as a dying rabbit
