Picked up a small silver yesterday.  Almost threw the eggs away, then decided, what the heck, might as well cure them up.

All of the fish I have been catching have been hens. I have been lucky this year.

Here is about 1/2 of what I have cured this year. I like to use pro cure. Seems to work well for me
