Took a look at it today and thought it was pretty nice. Anyone running it on an AR platform? What do you think?

I looked at these and decided it was redundant to have a red dot and 1x low end on the scope. I think a red dot on top of something with a 2x-3x low end would be more useful. Burris sells rings where the top half has a small section of rail, allowing you to put a red dot on top of any scope (just like the PEPR pictured). I have a set that I would make you a deal on. Extra tall for use on an AR without needing a riser. 1" tube.

I think the LRS scopes are 30mm. At least the 3.5-10 Burris on my coyote hunting AR is...and it is an LRS scope. It has fallen over onto rocks, and I even fell down a hillside with it, and it never lost zero. A few days ago I was at the range, and took it out to shoot to make sure the scope was still on. At the bench, it was rocking around on a 30 round magazine, and at 100 yards I was off 1 1/2 inches. I took one shot, and decided that was close enough for coyote shooting!

I went with the MTAC 1x4 and no separate red dot. For me, the scope was fine without an extra site - even up close. Very happy with the BDC reticle as well. I shot a coyote at 500 yards with my 16" AR earlier this fall. Just picked the right dot and down he went. The 2+ MOA center dot is not for precision shooting, but works well for the intended purpose.
