With the sun just showing to the east we were setting decoys in my lower pasture (Elk Plain)when the mallards started pouring in. Oh no lol..... Getting back to the blind just before shooting time. A stellar day for sure. Two old vets putting the smack down on mallards. Doesn't get much better. The birds were working like we all dream of, very call responsive, cupped up, landing gear down, low and slow. In total the 3 of us shot 12 before we shut it down at 10:00am

Look's like a fun hunt. What size tractor? I used my 850 to break 1"+ ice to my blind and in the puddle. Heck of a lot easier than with my feet!
