Title: Anybody staying home to watch the Hawks?
Post by: fishnfur on November 16, 2014, 09:49:23 AM
Beautiful day, cold, clear, and the Seahawks are on early.

Sounds like a late hunt today.   Anyone else sitting on the virtual couch with me?

Had I not filled my deer tag, I'd be out road hunting during the entire game listening to Steve Rabble call the game on the Radio. But I am going without pheasant hunting this morning so I can sit home, eat hotwings, and watch the Hawks get the W.

No play in the book I hate more than a lob fade in the corner. . . Especially when you don't have a big receiver. . . I'd take my chances with Lynch over tossing that any day.  :bash:

I have yet to see anything in this years team that makes me think they are playoff worthy. What happened to these guys  :dunno:

We did not put enough pressure on them. They had way to much time and kept making to many easy first downs. If it was not for the 2 fumbles it would not have even been close. We have to play better then that.

exactly. that and i dislike bevelles play call. 4th and goal on the 2. Marshawn had been doing great and bevelle calls a pass.

I don't stay home to watch football games, but kickoff time is usually when road hunting time starts, and I catch the games on the radio.

Yep and the fact that they knew the pass was coming didn't help. They should have fed the beast.

Well, Bofire got it right today.  Not a horrible game, but not the Hawks of last year.  I guess if you have to trade many of your good players to be able to afford the ones you want to keep, the NFL's system is working as they desire.  Salary caps apparently will keep the football dynasties of the good old days just that.

I was putting on my hunting gear during the last 4 minutes of the game, was out the door at 1:05 PM and followed two other trucks full of hunters out the highway and into the hills just after the game.  I guess there's more similar-minded fans out there than admit to it.  Into the reprod at 1:40 and froze my toes off in the wind until last light.  Nothing moved.  What's new?

Can we get back to hunting for a moment !If they would sqeek there wallets out of there pockets and pay mr. boooom we could be set in the running back position for at least three more years and be able to use that percey harven 2nd round draft choice to get us a good linebacker now that everyone in that position cuurently is hurt or just plain done, any ways I don't stay home I take nfl network on my p[hone to the tree stand and the banks of the mighty Columbia, come on guys get out there !!!
