Opening day for Westside Muzzy......and it's the day before Thanksgiving. My wife didn't wan't me to help with anything anyway. She love's to go to Costco with the kids. :chuckle:
Of course tomorrow morning was not my idea! I didn't create the hunting schedule!! Right? I invited her....so. :dunno:
So good luck to all Westside Muzzleloading Hunters :tup Sidelockers and Inliners:....Roadhunters and Bushwackers.....except in the Coweeman :bdid:....especially if you bought the access pass; just good luck to me there........wait.....is there even another unit besides the Coweeman?
Anyway......Happy Thanksgiving and I'm very thankful...and thank you.

I'm only hunting muzzleloader deer, so opening day for me is not tomorrow, but the next day- yes, Thanksgiving. :yike:
Good luck in the Coweeman. I hope you put one of those limping elk out of its misery.

I'm thinking in my spot by 6am, deer in back of truck by 10:30, get home and hung by noon. Drive to Snohomish for Thanksgiving dinner with the grandbabies at 3, settle back in the recliner for the Seahawks at 5:30, snoozing by 5:50. Wake up to find the Hawks won and then drive home to admire the hanging deer as I pull in the driveway. That's how I see my turkey day going, now we'll see how it reall happens.

Great plan Firedogg! I hope it works out just like that!
It's looking like tomorrow might be a challenge in keeping the powder dry! I will probably choose to sit in one of my blinds for that reason! Flood watch in Mason and Thurston counties the next couple days, and then the forecast calls for snow Saturday morning.

Just loaded the 54 cal Hawkens my pack board is in the back seat just need to throw the game hauler in the truck in the AM. Short drive to my spot in the morning and hit the woods. Oh yeah my balloon is already on the end of my barrel.
