Title: Anyone pull anything out of the Elbe state forest?
Post by: DJ_Mack on November 30, 2014, 07:05:57 PM
I went friday and saturday after the snow and barely saw any tracks.  Just wondering if anyone had success up there this year.

Haven't been up there this year, but in Hancock real close to the area the deer did not start moving until yesterday. They were pretty active again this afternoon. Now if I can get something in range besides does and two little 1" spikes I'll be happy. With the weather changes the next few days anything there should start moving.
The problem there is the area is so over used that what's left there that hasn't been poached is pressured to stay bedded and in the really nasty crap.
