I love those rutting buck photos... they all look so big with their ears pinned back. Always makes me go :o !

Yea me too. While I was there, there was a lot of bucks that were really tall and wide but they lacked on their forks. I did see One decent buck with deep forks but he was way too far off for the Canon. It was definitely a good photo trip. It was definitely an eery sound to hear as to not hearing one before. Once I heard the wolf howl I put the binos up in the general location I thought it came from.
