Title: Canadian moose hunt

I'd like to try it, but want first hand advise.

Tags arent super unreasonablr to draw in idaho either.

There is a lot to consider when booking a northern moose hunt. There are lots of good outfitters with good success rates. Collingwood, Stone Mt. Safaris are two I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
Just remember, you get what you pay for. Hunts can cost from $8,000-$18,000. I have friends that hunted this year also and both killed good looking moose in the low 50's on a hunt costing $12,500. At one point they hunted 2 days just to find the camp horses and didn't have a shower for the entire 10 days. I had a hot shower every night while in main camp and float plane available to move hunters when needed. My hunt was closer to the $18,000 mark. You just need to figure out what your budget is and what you can live with and without.
