Title: trophy deer poll (quality permit). mule deer
Post by: stew pidasso on December 14, 2014, 02:47:17 PM
My buddy an I have been arguing about the best areas. If you were going to hold out to the point of eating your tag where would you go. Feel free to add a gmu with your thoughts below. I understand everyone's idea of trophy is different. But what is your best gmu for a 190 or better.

prob mule deer I would assume, but I bet most guys wont post unit numbers considering the low amount of tags given out.  But I will be watching!!  I'm sure it will be the normal one's, desert, entiat, swakane and the rest of those middle north east units.

Out of the 6 above...I would say Desert. But I do not hunt these areas, would not hunt these areas, and don't consider them for the best trophy potential in the state. Just my  :twocents:
