Actually not even close to real December chrome, but pretty good. Found these two and lost 2 more this morning. Good way to start the steelhead season :)

Alot of times the bucks will already be rosy in the salt. Nice fish!

Not to often you can sneek up on a pair like that without them spooking into deeper water :chuckle:. Nice work and a beautiful picture for sure.

Really had to work on my ninja skills! In all actuallity, they were holding in water not a whole lot deeper than that when I hooked them. Hooked 3 in about 8 casts all in the very head of a run. There may or may not have been chums spawning above them ;)
