ATF pretty much blanket considers that armor piercing ammunition. They (ATF) even stopped Barnes from producing their solid copper solids because they considered them to be AP.

Specifically looking for 38/357, 45,( acp & 45LC) 224(22-250), 243 and 30 (30-06) at present.
