my dad just got me a stove top smoker for christmas. It comes in several pieces and when you put it together you can smoke anything from ribs to whole chickens in your home on a stove top burner. Looks like a pretty neat idea. Ive got a four day weekend coming up and ill try and smack a couple of ducks and give her a try. Anybody ever use one that could give some advice and a recipe or 2

Where does the smoke go? Weird idea. My smoke alarms go off when I cook a pizza, I can't imagine doing that in the house.

:dunno:

I would assume you need a hood vent?

No vent needed. According to the directions it's air right so no smoke gets out. Here's a link.

Interested to see how this works. Neat idea.

The local Ace Hardware store sells them here. I've eyeballed one to try.
