OK here is the question spring chinook season is almost here they are expecting 300,000 fish. Will it come to fruition or will it be another bust year??? Don't get me wrong I had a pretty good season last year but the numbers that were expected did not come. I am sick of the wdfw and odfw f&%$# crap up.
What ya think

Hope it is good, we had good times for a the few days we went down... 3 for 3, for three days...... Alot of boats though, it looked like the Spanish Armada was attacking...
-
yes it was. nice lookin fish. I always dumped the boat in around 1 in the morning and just slept in the boat. Just easier!! :twocents:

Love the springers

I just wish we would get a season below I-5, but I doubt we will.
-
it was awesome last year even with the bad run, if this year is anything close to last it will be awesome! and we wont get anything below I-5... have to protect the oregon fish.....

Nothing beats trolling for them in the lower river...just as long as you can stay away from the Sea Lions.

thats what so fun about above the willamete.. just as many fish, and not quite as many sea lions.. we put over 90 in the boat last year and didnt lose any to a sea lion.. that was a change for sure....
