Anybody know if e-callers are legal in Idaho for calling wolves?

Yes, it's legal to use electronic callers.

On a side note this is good info to have

for males, or vulva for females) must be left naturally attached
to the hide until the mandatory check requirement has been
satisfied. Either sex may be taken.

Skin them in the field and just pack out the fur with evidence of sex attached.  No need to lug out the whole carcass.
