We seasoned up 15 or so pounds of elk and into the smoker it went. Should be some good eats for the winter time.

All our monies went into the elk hunt..... :chuckle:  She's typical kid always wearing or not wearing according to the weather.

I followed your example and tried to smoke my elk.  But the durned tag just melted.   >:(

Friends some times call me hillbilly. If I don't have to wear shoes I won't. Only in spring an summer tho. I have my limits..............lol Go Hawks!  :brew:

I normally would share the recipe but this one stays with us. Long time family tradition that gets passed from eagle to eaglet....
