Post by: jasnt on February 09, 2015, 09:12:58 PM: Checked my rat areas today. Burrows are still plugged but snow is about gone. Won't beuch longer but I like to wait till the young ones are out and about. Don't want my honey holes running low :brew:

Very true,preservation for next year.Looking into some new spots in the lower Yakima valley.

not true. I wiped them out here on our farm. Took 86 first weekend. Few each fallowing weekend and with in a month it was down to one or two a month. That was 4years ago. Once in a great while one moves in but they don't get to stick around

Post by: Imr1966 on February 16, 2015, 05:42:58 AM: Went out yesterday.Fairly high numbers,good shooting,perfect weather.The new Beaman Grizzly RS2 .22 was really impressive out to about 70 yards.I would really recommend this gun.Shot it more than the HMR.No work,may go again today.

I talked to the WDFW yesterday,they are telling me to shoot away.I guess Prosser has very high numbers,at least that's what they are telling me.Anybody ever seen any up on the Prosser highlands?I was thinking up on Sellards Rd. and that direction.There is a lot of wide open range up there.Still going to check out Zillah,Outlook.
