( www.rain-shadow.com (http://www.rain-shadow.com) ) Gabon Ebony scales and button, Bolster and butt are antique Walrus Ivory, front and back straps are antiqued ivory micarta. 6" blade, 10" overall. Differentially heat treated (Edge quenched.) D2 Carbon. Asking $200.

what does "edge quenched" mean? wish you lived nearer e. wash. mike w

The spine is air hardened, but the edge is quenched in hot oil. Makes the cutting edge harder than the spine. (Then I temper 4x... blah blah blah...) anyway, it makes a good product!
