Title: Smoking - pellet AND real wood!

I have been using my GMG pellet smoker for a few years now and although it is very easy to use it was always missing that deep real wood flavor. I had been looking in to the "Smoke daddy's" for a while to enhance the pellets. Low and behold my brother built  me one for a Christmas gift! Hooked it up a few weeks ago, it's AMAZING! so far I have only smoked a beer can chicken and I cold smoked salmon fillets this last weekend that turned out great! For anyone thinking of having the best of both worlds I can give a two thumbs up!
