Work is sending me to a training in tri cities this spring never been there before so I'm wonder if it would be worth trying to find some turkeys around there?
-
Short answer...
no
-
I agree with Gringo. There are turkeys in the Walla Walla area and have even seen some as close as Prescott, both within an hour of the T-C's.
-
Are you willing to drive a little bit from the Tri-Cities?

Got a few at the house you need taken care of?
-
Maybe...... :chuckle:
-
I can be there....... With cheese. :)

We may be able to work something out but we may have to drive a little ways. I have a funny feeling the boys on the golf course may get a "flinchy" if we blasted the "resident" birds. :chuckle:

I can bring the bow and go stealth mode.
I'm game for something/anything if you are.
-
I will get some scouting done and we will do it.
-
I've killed several turkeys between WW and Prescott.

there is a squadron of turkeys living in the town of washtucna. one day I had to stop to let them cross the road. mike w

First I'd heard of them out at washtucna but that's cool to hear. To answer the main question you gotta head east of tri cities a little ways to get into birds. But if you're into fishing get ahold of me.

Going back and forth from Prescott to Spokane I'd see them constantly. Lyon's Ferry has some around as well.
