Do you still have number 2?
How well do those blades keep an edge? Also, do they sharpen up easily? Sorry for the questions, but I am not much of a knife guy.

Grant, There's a guy nibbling, but it's still available.
420 keeps an edge OK, and sharpens pretty easily. It's not durable as 440c, or even 440, but it's easier to sharpen.
