Colorado has a 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rifle season for deer. All deer tags are by draw.

In the regs it says almost all are draw. So do they mean the rest are landowner?
Maybe. It might also be talking about the few otc whitetail only tags that they started last year or the year before.

I did read the regs actionshooter but as stated above I'm an idiot. Can you explain or point me to the page # in the regs. I'll reread them again. I think your just talking about drawing units with 1-2 points. I'm talking about a general season like ours.
I think he is talking about left over tags. Or units that can be drawn with 0 pts.
