I've been wanting to for years.  Have a DB and one man cataraft, not sure the best way to go for my first trip there.  Would love to fly fish it but would bring the float rod just in case.

The best floats for late jan thru march is cougar creek to Bogans and bogans to shoemaker. They have a shuttle service. The shoemaker float is a roadless section and not quite as popular of a float due to having to drive up and out of there. Fishing has been phenominal this year, but seems to be dwindling fast as the cottonwood fish showed up about a month and half early this year.
