Title: Rabbit parasites?

I see way more cottontails down here than I ever did in WA but anybody wanting Togo rabbit hunting has to watch the thermometer like a hawk and go out the day after a hard freeze--if we get one at all that winter.

Post by: tallcooljuan on April 16, 2015, 06:45:34 AM: I have seen that parasite in almost every rabbit and hare (lots and lots) I've killed on Fort Lewis, freezing weather or not. I've never seen anything in the meat and always ate it.
