Title: Phelps' "THE BOSS" now available
Post by: JPhelps on March 09, 2015, 11:56:48 AM: "THE BOSS" diaphragm is now available on the website!!! In my opinion this is the best all-purpose elk diaphragm I've designed (on par with the Dragon Slayer)
I also have the Green Mtn. Camo and Green Hornet E-Z-Estrus back in stock.
The tubes we just received are the "good ones" they have a thicker casting and have a great sound!!!

The boss has worked for everyone that has tried it.

Seems like the tighter stretch calls take a fees bugles to break them in a little bit. I'll order up some and give them a try. I have gone through about everything Rocky Mountain elk calls has to offer and like the ones I have got from you. You'll see me on your order lost soon :tup:

Post by: JPhelps on March 18, 2015, 06:17:55 PM: The Boss and Dragon Slayer are both good calls for all around calling. A signature cow or elk commander would be a good starter call to get good solid cow calls for a beginner and learn how to create the elk tones.

If I was going to buy 2 they would be the BOSS and Elk Commander.
