I dont have the picture downloaded yet. But the guy is facing away from the camera anyways walking his dog....... I honestly dont understand why people think this is acceptable. Pretty sure he live around the area so next time I go up I'm going around and knocking on all "neighbors" doors. I have 42 posted signs with one at every trail especially around my 30 acres. There's no way he didnt know it was private. I had a picture again 10 days later of the same person. Why do people think this is ok. Im so pissed off. I spend a lot of time turning my land into deer friendly area that I dont hardly walk my dogs through ever just to have someone else chasing deer off. Wtf!

I would post his picture over a no trespassing sign at that spot first.

Before you put a bunch of effort into anything, print off the photos of the guy and take them to your local Sheriff. They know everyone and they might go have a talk with him. They'll keep it civil and you can remain neighborly.

Try it that way first and if the offender continues lay out some trip wires with surprises after all the property is posted not your fault he can't or refuses to read the signs

:bdid:
While it might seem tempting, the land owner could be in for a world of legal problems setting up something like that. Seems like it should be ok, but not in todays world. You'll be buying some lawyer's new Mercedes using that strategy.

I feel your pain Levi. I deal with the same issue all the time too. To make matters worse, they often litter the place up while the scare all the deer.

http://www.sakworldpaintball.com/pagrpami.html (http://www.sakworldpaintball.com/pagrpami.html) Can put wires and mines. Say you were out playing paintball on YOUR property and were getting the course set up for the next game. Then the trespasser came and ruined it. :chuckle:

I have lots of deer around so most likely they would trip paintball traps but that would be hilarious. Im just going to go around and meet all my neighbors and see if I see him and ask him one time kindly to stay off and if I catch him again the next time wont be so nice.
-
Lmao that was hilarious miles
-
Zombie targets with the guys face on it...... :dunno:
-
How long have you had the property? I think you will receive a tepid (at best) reception when you go around to your neighbors and introduce yourself with a picture and a "STAY AWAY" message. :twocents:

So, why is this in Photo, Video, Trailcam when there are none? We need pics.
-
He did post a pic on the people on cams thread. Probably should post it here too.

LeviD1------You must be Levi Dennis, or at least I think you are. This is Jake Lara, hope everything is going well. I think you definitely need to go door to door and let everyone know you have an operation going on and that trespassing is unacceptable. It is freaking illegal anyway. Gross Misdemeanor I think.
-
Be careful what you ask for, it may be a neighbor with acreage you really want to hunt
-
Im not worried about hunting neighbors property. Im trying to transform mine into deer paradise. Also my last name is not Dennis haha. I did hang even more posted signs yesterday though. Found where I had one and it's missing so someone took that one. Next time I go out I'm walking the whole property line and making sure others arent missing.

Secure your cams well if you're going to let him know you have pics of him on the property. If he will trespass, he will destroy them.
