Title: Got my first hunting dog.

Post by: Linder on March 25, 2015, 07:58:33 AM: I got her from a GSP breeder in Yakima. Their name is Wildthings hunting dogs, found them on Facebook. Earlier last year they also did a GSP/Chesapeake bay mix litter. We were very pleased with our experience and our pup is very well behaved and socialized. Very smart as well

Took her out to go to the bathroom and she must have caught wind of the chickens or something in the greenbelt and immediately went on point. It was a very cool thing to see and i cant wait to get her out in the field

She will if you train and work with her on it. My last shorthair would break thin ice on a duck search.
