So, this year I decided I'm going to try something new. So I'm going to try and harvest a turkey with my bow. I live all the way out in Sekiu, Washington so I'm planning on a 3 day trip either in Deer Park, just north of Spokane or in Goldendale. Both places I have heard have a lot of birds, and I know where a roost tree is in Goldendale, they used it last year during deer season. Anyone have any idea where the better unit of the two would be to hunt?

Don't know anything about Goldendale but will say that Deer Park is a lot of private land. Probably wanna aim further north. Also, a roost tree in the fall will not necessarily be a roost tree now.

Head towards deer park.

So we decided that we are going to Deer Park. Sounds like there is a lot of birds in this area. Hopefully we can find somewhere to get on and get a shot at a bird.
