I see that a shipment just hit one of my wholesalers. Looks like as of now they have a few left in stock and wanted to see if anyone else wanted one.

As long as they are in stock when I place the order these are the prices and what I can get.

REM 700 RECEIVER S/A BLUED .308 BOLT FACE W/XMARK PRO  385.00

REM 700 RECEIVER L/A BLUED W/XMARK PRO  400.00

REM 700 RECEIVER L/A MAGNUM STAINLESS W/XMARK PRO  425.00

I will do the background checks or you can have them shipped to you local dealer for 8.00. They will also be subject to sales tax. 7% here.
