may be the earliest date, but doesnt mean any fish will be in ID by then. I can see 2weeks earlier than normal, but thats it

May be good this year with less snow pack/melting.

fishing may be great having skinny water and concentrating the fish in the few holes. The effects of this and last years super low rivers will be in 2-4 years with poor returns
