Passing this info along~
At 7:00pm on April 16th, the US Forest Service Naches Ranger District will be hosting an open house to discuss proposed wheeled all-terrain vehicles (WATV) routes on the Naches Ranger District. This proposal is part of a larger proposal to establish a small number of WATV routes on the Okanogan-Wenatchee National Forest. This proposal would only allow the operation of WATVS by licensed drivers on selected open Forest Service System Roads. We will be discussing two areas that have been proposed for WATV routes. They include the Nile/Clover Springs area and the Bald Mountain area.
If you are interested in learning about the proposal or would like an opportunity to enter into a productive dialogue, please come to the Naches Ranger Station on April 16th at 7:00pm. Enter through the rear of the ranger station.
