Just saw in this years regs the westside early season quality bull permit dates were changed to Sept. 28 - Oct. 2 (used to be Sept. 16 -30). Five days doesn't seem like enough time for a tag that takes 10+ years to draw. Unfortunately it probably won't affect me any time soon.

Nice to see it out of the archery season. Maybe fish and game is starting to get it
