Title: Remington 870 Wingmaster barrel question.
Post by: serjey on May 03, 2015, 06:37:01 PM
I got a new barrel for Remington 870 Wingmaster Magnum. I've noticed that there is a small difference between the barrels. Bottom barrel is my old one and new barrel is on top. Both of them are from manufactured from Remington. The new barrel fits fine and shoots fine. Just wondering if there if this small difference has any difference on how the gun will shot or accuracy.

Thanks

It's not going to matter, it has nothing to do with the chamber or the bolt lock up. Your good to go.

The bottom one looks like it was worked to be a more precise fit to me.

Just two different cutters.

Top looks like and end mill, bottom looks like a key cutter.
