Anyone know where I can get a factory or after market left handed stock for a knight bighorn. New or used it doesn't matter to me

You might not need one unless you have a thumbhole. The regular Big Horn/Wolverine stocks are built to be ambidextrous.
This a MK 85 with a Big Horn/Wolverine stock - the left side is no different than the right.

There is the cutout for the safety. Might be the diff between right/left

You are right - did not consider that one. Was thinking more about the stock roll over or lack of
