So we went to get my nieces license and since we moved her orange paper hunters card got lost in mail... She has the certificate but no number off her card. Without that I think she is S.O.L ..... What do you all think?? Is there a way too look that up before Midnight??

Don't wait til the last day. If she has a fishing/wild ID you could at least get her oil points. Bad deal.
-
Have you searched using her social?

The first time buying a license has to be done at a license dealer so they can enter the hunter education number in the system. Sorry but I think you're out of luck this year. Not a big deal, she can still hunt, just can't apply for permits.

Actually you could still go ahead and put her in for moose permits if you want. But deer and elk requires that you purchase the licenses first, which can't be done without the hunter education card.
