I could use some input on how to make the most of this coveted tag. It's the first tag I have been drawn for since moving to WA 11 years ago!
So... I have hunted the Taneum unit the last 3 years and have come across several decent bulls but nothing over 300". I feel like I know one area well enough to get a bull but not a monster. However, I have hiked through Norse Peaks wilderness a few times (Little Naches unit) and have seen a few monsters on those trips.
The problem is I really don't know the Little Naches unit at all. I feel like I would be hunting in the dark unless I can find time this summer to really get to know the area. All of my cameras are deployed in Taneum and that's where I really spend all my time scouting.
Should I stick with what I know or would I have a better chance in Little Naches? I'm looking for any input/guidance you guys might have.

I would let your cameras do the work in the tannuem then when you get a chance explore the Lil Naches by foot to learn the area more. I've seen good bulls in both units

I would stick with what you know unless you have time to really learn the Little Naches side. Plenty of big bulls on the Taneum side too. Also, you'll continue to build knowledge for future spike/cow seasons.
