After a total of nearly fifty applications over the last several years, I finally got drawn for a hunt. Of all places I get one of four Quality Deer permits for Mossyrock, which is where I live.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining. It'll be fun hunt deer and elk at the same time and during the peak of the rut.

Congrats. Good hunt.

I live in mossyrock. That could be a really fun tag to have. I would be hunting early before elk season starts.

I definitely plan to scout through September all the way to opening day in October and hunt until I get a buck or tag soup at the end of late buck.
How long have you lived in Mossyrock? My family moved here in 1972.

I have lived here since 1982.
