It's been about 10 years since I have shot archery. I have told myself if I ever drawn a deer tag I would go back to bowhunting. Now that I got my Pogue tag and have picked up a Bow (BowTech Carbon Knight w/ RAK). I'm looking to learn about the new arrows, rest, sights and releases. Right now more into the arrows and releases, but will upgrade the other stuff in the future. I will be shooting a D loop (I believe this is the right term). I believe my draw length is going to be either 29 or 29.5 (yes, it has been that long) and I'm going to start out at 60lbs and work up to 70lbs. So let's hear what you would suggest. Please let's keep this friendly. :yike:

I would suggest you find someone to shoot with who can help you get the ball rolling quickly, and practice a lot  Good luck with your tag :archery_smiley:
