Any WCO trappers on Vashon or Maury Islands? I got a call from a guy with otter problems at vacation homes but it's a three hour drive with a ferry for me to get there and otters are harder to catch than beaver. I'd rather refer this job to someone more local. PM me.

Thanks, that's the list the WDFW gave him my name from. I guess, at three hours, I'm one of the 'closest.'

It sure seems a shame to trap otter at this time of year. In my opinion we aren't doing ourselves any good by taking care of the State's problem animals. They want our help when it helps them (the State) but what are they doing for us? They sure aren't defending trapping. Just my opinion.
