Title: Favorite way to do a bear rug/mount?
Post by: tgomez on July 21, 2015, 05:26:44 AM: What's your personal favorite way to display a bear? Do you preffer shoulder mount, head mount, a rug, or just a good old European skull? Personally I preffer a nice rug! WHAT'S YOUR CHOICE?

Post by: swashington2128 on July 22, 2015, 01:12:15 PM: I don't have one yet but when I do I want a wall mounted rug. Really has a way of making a wall look good and it takes up space so womanly stuff can't do on the same wall. Possession is 90% of the law including wall space.

Post by: BULLBLASTER on July 23, 2015, 09:35:08 AM: I have a rug as well as a soft tanned hide hanging on a hook. All the skulls are cleaned also and sitting on my gun safe. Prolly won't do anything more unless it's another color phase. Then most likely just a soft tan.

Post by: High Climber on July 23, 2015, 11:18:30 AM: I did a shoulder mount but chose to have the ears back and teeth showing... Wish I would have done it closed mouth ears up. Mount looks good but would look more "classy" the other way imo. I will go rug or soft tan next time
