Hoping someone can tell me what left this exactly. Found quite a few piles just like this right in the middle of the roads. Was thinking to big for racoon? To small for bear? I am a novice on this though

Small bear? Maybe. Could be song dog also. Is that an etrex?
Looks like it is getting into berries some place.

Bear. Blackberry laden bear poo.

Yep, fuzzy pig crap.

Depending on where you saw it at, it's a furry target on August 1!
That's definitely a berry bear.

Sorry, I guess I should have gone to the side of the road and done it in the bushes. My Bad! :chuckle:

Have any close up pics? I can't tell if those are individual blackberry nodes or not.
Pile looks baby bear. But size and lack of whole berries looks like large coyote. While piling is a bear trait, clusters of small piles in a very short stretch of road is usually a coyote trait.
Go up there with a howler and light it up! You'll figure it out pretty quick :chuckle:
My guess...coyote
