Title: Fishing out of La Push
Post by: Hilltop123 on July 29, 2015, 05:26:07 PM
I have a few questions about La Push. Is the RV camping? Whats the mooring fee's? Fuel? What should I expect if I go there?
Change of plans now that Neah Bay is shut down for Chinook retention.

Every time I've been there we stayed in the cabins on the beach. The king fishing was slow. But Sea Bass were amazing and the 9 mile rock pile was out of this world for lings and halibut.

Sleepy little native village.  I stayed in the cabins too, it’s a nice setup.  I don’t know about moorage, I just launched everyday and kept the boat on the trailer.

Good Coho fishing out by the rock pile.  The late king season can be very good.

Full hook ups for R.V. The marina can be a zoo for halibut. Call ahead for res. fuel dock. Awesome fishing! Hali. Salmon. Ling and the best sea bassing I've had! Bring a light wieght spinning rod and 1/4 once jig heads green kalin grubs and cath and release see bass all day!
One of my favs. In W.A.

Stop at the store as you come in. R.V. Spots are just south of the store.
You register down the street a little ways, but the store will tell you where.
Good luck have fun
