Just a few pics from the game cams. Still need to locate where the big boys are hiding...
-
Nice pics
They look very relaxed
-
With all those cows in the area the big boys will most certainly show up by the time your hunt rolls around!
-
:yeah: you don't need to find them, you have their women, they'll find you. :chuckle:
-
Lots of elk around this year in the 342.
-
I hope it works out that way. Just be nice to catch one on the camera or through the binos before the seasons get going.
-
Looks like you do have a picture of at least one good bull.
-
Think of the terrain your camera is in. Most likely upper elevation and easier to access. Find the opposite, find the Bulls.

:yeah: they'll show up in a few weeks

I'm not finding any bulls with cows right now, however where those cows are the bulls will show eventually. Although I noticed the bulls seem to be moving down a bit and continue to look for them but also monitoring areas where the cows are.

I'll give you a tip on the unit. Find the Bulls now, when the pressure hits they'll grab their cows and herd them right back to where they summered at. I have 5 cameras out with over 20 different Bulls, over 3000 pics and not a single cow. I'll go back to those areas in September and there are always Bulls and cows in them.

Finally got time to check cams again. Good luck to the Bow hunters, Save me one! Oct. 3rd can't get here soon enough.
